Refund policy

• Delivery time-line 7-8 working days.
• A confirmation message will be sent once the order is dispatched with the tracking details.
• Free shipping for orders above ₹2000.

• Exchange can happen within 7 days of the receipt of the products of the same or higher value with the price difference borne by the customer.
• No cash refunds, only store credit will be awarded.
• Custom-made products will not be eligible for exchange or return.
• In case of return, MYZUIE should be initiated within 3 days of the receipt of the product.
• The product should be sent back in its original packaging with invoice and tags intact, unused and unwashed.
• The request will be processed after we quality check the product at our end. We reserve the right to decide the eligibility of exchange.

A refund will be processed after deducting the payment gateway charges (3%).
